The NGCDD has health information binders available free of charge to the public. These binders come with large pockets, dividers, business card holders, a flash drive, and a large handle/strap. Please understand that ideally, each person should have their own binder. These binders are 4″ wide.

If you would like to place an order for your free binder, please email Kimberly Palma-Ortega, Public Health Liaison, at kportega@dhhs.nv.gov. Include in this email your name, mailing address, a good phone number to contact you (if more information is needed to process), and the number of binders requested. We will ship these to you, free of charge.
For order with 10+ binders, pre-approval will need to be received. Please allow a few days for processing.
